Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that things happen that might keep you from being able to make your scheduled appointment. When you schedule with Haven Health & Wellness we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality of care. This being said, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment time, so we can plan accordingly. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.
